An enduring question on this side of the great divide is over the motivation of the Cloud People as they go about their war on the Dirt People. Is there some grand plan behind the war or is it some weird instinctual thing? Are they motivated by base instincts like money and power or is it something spiritual? There is the "deep state versus emergent behavior" angle but also the simple question about whether these people have the self-awareness to grasp what they are doing at all.
Spite. Combined with boundless arrogance, seething contempt, revolting smugness, etc etc etc.
honestly I think a major force in the sluggish response of the people to all of this is a subtle/banal one; inertia. People are just so comfortable materially and have had such a long, uninterrupted period of peace (at home) that they have lost the ability even to conceive of their own system being subject to radical collapse. It’s a dullness that goes very deep; as long as the pretty buildings and words stay the same (“our democracy” don’t ya know) the mind is dead to the perception that the soul, the spirit of the civilization is a husk, totally hollowed out, a shadowy remnant.
“Self-abnegation is the highest virtue of the new religion”.
I think this applies more to the idiot lemmings who go along with the program than the Cloud People directing it. The Venn diagram of anti-White whites and people who took the jab+ is probably a perfect circle.
I live in (and have various close friends in) the land of the upscale liberal Blue Bubble and from what I can tell it is mostly sheep-herd behavior, where everyone kind of sleepily nudges each other toward the edge of the cliff without noticing. (I'm referring here to the obedient warrior class of the Cloud People, not the behind-the-curtain shot callers.)
The 2 main aspects I'm thinking of are sort of subconscious social commandments for anyone who wants to remain a member in good standing of Team Blue aka the upscale urban ruling liberal class: 1) no enemies to the Left, meaning it is absolutely verboten to ever disagree with any Leftist or agree with any conservative, on any issue at any time; and 2) really the Cloud People are religious fundamentalists w their belief system being Marxist-Lennonism, meaning the belief in the Marxist framework of Oppressed/Oppressor and the emotional truth provided by John Lennon's "Imagine." So in the brains of the Cloud People the goal is a utopian future of no social, religious, ethnic or national differences, the way to accomplish this goal is to always be opposed to the evil White Old (countries, sexes, families, tradition, institutions etc) and to always go along with anyone who claims to be helping bring this utopian goal into existence, even if it means starving in the dark all winter.
So this is just another millenarian religious uprising, just rooted in academia instead of the pulpit, but unfortunately instead of some poor people burning down some schools and churches (all in the name of a better purer new world), this is some rich people burning down their entire societies (all in the name of a better purer new world).
