I was age 16 in 1968, so I was about 4 years too young to really participate in the Summer of Love, Hippie movement and the anti-war, I.e., Kent State, college protest movement. All that “never trust anyone over 30” business. And even tho I was only 16, I followed those events closely and predicted that once the Boomer Hippie generation aged into power, they would become insufferable bores and control freaks. Done and done.

The few clowns that are marching around with anachronistic signs, clutching their pearls, and moaning about imaginary injustices look pathetic. But because they are sheep, one can only hope they eventually will find some less embarrassing way to be a nuisance. The people I’ve seen in photos of these flaccid protests appear to be mostly boomers. Isn’t there a bridge tournament somewhere that needs organizing? They apparently have no idea they are the “righteous” equivalent of the high school football star who can’t stop reliving his glory days. It’s disturbing to see people old enough to know better having a public temper tantrum.

Not a fan of Trump’s personality but his executive orders on our open borders, the insanity of gender identity which deny the reality of human sexuality, and the craziness of DEI which discriminate against whites, Asians and men in attempting to cure past discrimination against others are absolutely the correct approach to those festering problems.
