I was always cramping their style and crap like that. These Gen-Z twerps couldn’t even tell me that directly. They always went straight to the boss or the HR boss girl to nark. Your writing style isn’t a style if your writing is so complex no one can understand it or it’s so riddled with errors that it looks like a middle schooler drafted it.

The reason I used the grammar check thing is that you can only proofread so many times. Eventually, you are no longer proofreading.
