At the old place I had set up a home gym. It consisted of a squat rack and bench, which let me do the basic lifts in a weight training program. Long ago the desire to “get jacked” faded to the desire to maintain good health. That meant a simple weight training program that I could do for an hour, three nights a week, along with some cardio like cycling or walking. Right now, the home gym is in pieces in my garage.
