Napoleon supposedly said, “When you set out to take Vienna, take Vienna,” which meant that once you set on a course of action, execute it aggressively in order to quickly accomplish it. Half measures, indecision, hesitancy lead to defeat, because they implicitly call into question the goal of the project. This is something that the collective West is determined to prove in their war with Russia.
