When I moved to Lagos, I had to change banks as the bank I had been using did not have branches here in the heart of darkness. Even twenty years ago it was not necessary to enter a bank very often, but you still needed to hit an ATM and occasionally go inside the bank to make a deposit. One of the regional banks had branches here so I signed up with them.
