The Bugman

Somewhere in the mists of time, the term "bugman" came into being on 4chan or /pol/ to describe the emotionally and culturally sterile person who thinks consumerism is the point of his existence. This is the sort of person who believes only what the media tells him to believe. Like so many of these terms, no one knows the exact origin, but it took off during the alt-right days and is still with us.
