Last month the emperor of the Indian empire announced he would ban the sale of cigarettes in his colony formerly called England. Okay, that is not a headline from the future, but a more honest headline from the present. The UK's prime minister, Rishi Sunak, announced his intention to introduce a new law that would prohibit the sale of cigarettes in England to individuals born after January 1, 2009.
