Narrative Drift

At the recently concluded G20 Foreign Ministers Meeting in Indonesia, Josep Borrell said the following. "The global battle of narratives around the war of aggression against Ukraine is in full swing - and for now we are not winning. We must continue our efforts to convince our partners, while equally being sensitive to their needs." No one was sure what this meant but everyone agreed it was profound.
