Bill Buckley supposedly had a rule against people talking about their heath issues for more than a few minutes. I have no idea how he enforced it. Maybe he carried an air horn around with him. When I was young and heard about this it did not make much sense to me, but as I got older, I saw the wisdom of it. Some people turn their health issues into an obsession they think they need to share with others.
