House Hunting

Many moons ago when I was young, an old wiseman told me that all technical projects have two parts. The first part is the sales team sitting on the edge of the bed, promising the client a great time. Then there is the second part. He used more colorful language, but this is a respectable operation. Over the years I have used my own version of this aphorism when discussing new projects.
