In my day job, I have reached the point where I am usually dealing with people younger than me. It is an odd shift. Ten years ago, most of the people I worked with were Baby Boomers. Logic would suggest that the next group would be Gen X, but the business world seems to have skipped right to the Millennials. That is probably true in most aspects of life, given the relative size of the generations.
