The big news this week on the war front is that the Ukrainians are planning to launch a counter-attack next month. They claim that with their new weapons they can now begin to push back against the Russians and their allies in the Donbas. As a proof of concept, they launched missile attacks on Kherson and Lysychansk. In both cases they hit civilian areas, blowing up a warehouse and a bus station.
