Echo Chambers
Echo chambers are a feature of human society because people naturally self-segregate and we prefer to be around what we like. If you like hearing good things about Trump, you will tend to read those things online. If you hate Trump, then you will certainly read those things. Hate is a much more powerful motivator than love, which is why politics tend to revolve around hatred.
