Affirmative Action

The Supreme Court  is supposed to be handing down a decision on a couple of cases related to affirmative action. One case is over the overtly anti-Asian admissions policies of Harvard University, while the other case is about University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill using race as a selection criterion. People who pretend to know about these things think the Court  will rule against the colleges.
